Results and Timetables

 Interpreting the schedule of results

  • Understand that all Results are published in coded format
  • Results are listed in sections always starting with N1 level through to N6
  • Every level section will display Pass/Fail indicators (codes)
  • Pass or fail indicators lie adjacent to the marks following the subject codes.

Example of how results are published

ID number                Candidate        Subject offering       Subject offering         Subject offering       Subject offering
8512190460081     Steyn, BD         08080613*   / 7          08190373*028/ 8       11040343*041/ 3     15070413*031/ 8

(In this example there are 4 subjects offerings for which  "  /7" = absent, " *028/ 8" = failed with 28%   "*041/ 3" = passed with 48% and " *031/ 8"= failed with 31%) The subjects are coded and the codes can be found listed on the same page level of the results.
